Meet The Coach

Steve Teneriello is a seasoned senior marketing strategist and business development professional experienced in both residential and commercial sales and digital marketing.  Throughout his career Steve has worked with over 300 small to medium-sized service business owners helping them develop and implement systematic and formula driven marketing, sales and operations strategies that fuel growth and profitability.

Steve has a diverse background with experience both as an owner and manager of a number of small businesses in both small business technology and home services. Over ten years ago and  after attending the University of Massachusetts Steve started a home service company and was one of the first young contractors in the Boston area to take advantage of digital marketing technologies including email, website development and Google Adwords.  Steve formed The Service Coach as a part time business where he helped other service providers take advantage of digital marketing strategies.  Ten years later The Service Coach is a full-time thriving digital marketing service provider to the service industry.

As The Service Coach Steve has authored a number of publications and industry reports including The Service Marketing Playbook, The Blogging Playbook, The Paid Search Playbook, The Mechanical Contractor Marketability Report and over 250 sales and marketing best practice articles.

Steve is a Boston native who grew up in a family who works in the service industry.  Steve is a fan of Boston sports teams including the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Celtics.  Steve currently resides in Newburyport, MA with his wife Alli and dog Rudy.
